Nancy Cartmill, President, called the Special meeting of the Cabell County Commission to order at 10:00 a.m.

#125                            AGREEMENT, CABELL COUNTY COMMISSION

                                    RE:  FIRST CONGRESSIONAL UNITED CHURCH

                                             OF CHRIST – EASTER EGG HUNT

                                             APRIL 24, 2011, 12:30 P.M. – 2:00 P.M

Robert L. Bailey, Commissioner, moved to approve the use of the Courthouse grounds for an Easter Egg Hunt April 24, 2011, by the First Congressional United Church of Christ.  Anne Yon, Commissioner, seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous.

#126                            RESOLUTION, GENERAL FUND, COUNTY BUDGET

                                    REVISION #14, FY 2010-2011

Anne Yon, Commissioner, moved to approve General Fund County Budget Revision #14 for 2010-2011.  Robert L. Bailey, Commissioner, seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous. Exhibit (A)

#127                            ENTERTAINING OBJECTIONS TO LEVY RATE

Nancy Cartmill, President, asked if there were any objections to the levy rates and as there were no objections, President Cartmill stated the Commission would proceed with the vote for the adoption of the levy order.

#128                            ADOPTION OF LEVY ORDER AND RATE SHEET

Robert L. Bailey, Commissioner, moved to Lay the Levy for fiscal years 2011-2012.  Anne Yon, Commissioner, seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous. 

Karen Cole, County Clerk, informed the Commission that she had received information regarding the redistricting project.  Ms. Cole stated there would be a public meeting Saturday, June 11, 2011, from 4:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on this matter.

Chris Tatum, County Manager, stated that the Commission Chamber could be used for the meeting and he would attend the meeting as a representative of the Commission.

Nancy Cartmill, President, adjourned the Special Commission meeting at 10:10 a.m., until the next scheduled meeting on Thursday, April 28, 2011, at 10:00 a.m.
