SPECIAL COMMISSION MEETING

TUESDAY, APRIL 15, 2008

 

PRESENT:                ROBERT L. BAILEY, PRESIDENT

Robert l. Bailey, President, called the Special Meeting of the Cabell County Commission to order at 10:00 a.m.

 

#090                            ACCEPTANCE LETTER FROM THE WEST VIRGINIA

                                    STATE AUDITOR FOR LEVY, ENTER PART OF RECORD

 

Nancy Cartmill, Commissioner, moved to approve the notice from the West Virginia State Auditor regarding the Levy Estimate (Budget) for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2008.  W. Scott Bias, Commissioner, seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous. 

 

Robert L. Bailey, President, requested the record show there were no objections to the levy rates.

 

#091                            ADOPTION OF LEVY ORDER AND RATE SHEET

 

W. Scott Bias, Commissioner, moved to approve the Cabell County General Fund and Coal Severance Fund Levy Estimates (Budget) 2008-2009.  Nancy Cartmill, Commissioner, seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous.

 

Robert L. Bailey, President, adjourned the Special Meeting of the Commission at 10:02 a.m., until the next scheduled meeting on Thursday, April 17, 2008, at 10:00 a.m.
