SPECIAL MEETING/BALLOT COMMISSIONERS

PRESENT:                 KAREN COLE, COUNTY CLERK

 

A meeting for proofing the ballots for the Primary Election was reconvened at 9:00 a.m., March 17, 2008, by County Clerk, Karen Cole.  Due to the lack of a quorum and the lack of ballot proofs from the vender, the meeting was recessed at 9:01 a.m., until Thursday, March 20, 2008.

                                    LOIS MERRITT, BALLOT COMMISSIONER

 

The meeting was reconvened at 9:00 a.m.

 

Karen Cole, County Clerk, explained the process of proofing the ballots to the Ballot Commissioners. 

 

The Ballot Commissioners completed proofing and approval of the Cabell County Ballot at 10:55 a.m. and preceded to the City of Huntington for certification of the municipal absentee ballot with the municipal city clerk. 

 

The meeting was adjourned at 11:30 a.m.
