Robert L. Bailey, President, called the Special Meeting of the Cabell County Commission to order at 10:00 a.m.

                                    RE:  IN THE MATTER OF THE CABELL COUNTY

                                             COMMISSION SITTING AS A BOARD OF  

                                             EQUALIZATION AND REVIEW, JANUARY 31, 2008

                                             TO FEBRUARY 22, 2008   

 

W. Scott Bias, Commissioner, moved to approve the letter and minutes in the matter of the Cabell County Commission sitting as a Board of Equalization and Review, January 31, 2008 through February 22, 2008.  Robert L. Bailey, President, seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous.  Exhibit (A)

 

Robert L. Bailey, President, adjourned the Special Meeting at 10:05 a.m., until the next scheduled meeting on Thursday, March 6, 2008, at 10:00 a.m.
