Robert L. Bailey, President Pro-tem, called the special scheduled meeting of the Cabell County Commission to order at 10:00 a.m.
Robert L. Bailey, President Pro-tem, stated the reason for the special meeting was to approve the election workers for the General Election of November 5, 2002.
Earl “JR” Blankenship, Commissioner, moved to approve the
elections workers for the General Election of November 5, 2002. Robert L. Bailey, President Pro-tem,
seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous. Exhibit (A)
L. D. Egnor, President, adjourned the meeting at 10:05 a.m., until the next regular scheduled meeting of September 19, 2002, at 10:00 a.m.
