L. D. Egnor, President, called the special meeting of the Cabell County Commission to order at 10:00 a.m.
L. D. Egnor, President, stated he had been informed that several persons had requested a brief recess to formalize their presentation. President Egnor recessed the special meeting until 10:20 a.m.
Robert Williams, Huntington Sanitary Board Attorney, requested an extension of the recess and President Egnor granted the extension.
L. D. Egnor, President, reconvened the special meeting at 11:02 a.m.
After a brief discussion of proposed plans, Mike Johnson, Department of Environmental Protection, stated his office and staff would be available to review any plans presented from City of Huntington engineers, regarding alternative plans to upgrade the county sewer system.
President Egnor stated the Commission would be available for any future meeting as would be necessary.
L. D. Egnor, President, adjourned the meeting at 11:50 a.m. until the next regular scheduled meeting of June 13, 2002, at 10:00 a.m.
