At a Regular Session of the County Commission of Cabell County, West Virginia, held at the Courthouse thereof, on the 5th day of January 2012, the following order was made and entered:
IN THE MATTER OF ADVERTISEMENT FOR SEALED BIDS TO PROVIDE
A NEW FIRE ALARM SYSTEM AT THE CABELL COUNTY COURTHOUSE

RESOLVED: The County Commission of Cabell County does hereby direct the Clerk of this Commission to immediately publish the following “Advertisement for Bids” as a Class II Legal Advertisement:
The Cabell County Commission will accept sealed bids for the following: To Provide a Complete Fire Alarm System which meets ADA guidelines and all current code requirements for the Cabell County Courthouse, located at 750 5th Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701-2072.
Bids will be received until 10:00 A.M. local time Thursday, February 2, 2012 at the Cabell County Commission office, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Cabell County Courthouse, Suite 300, 750-5th Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701-2072. Outside of envelope shall be marked “Bid – Fire Alarm System – Cabell County Courthouse”. Bids received after stipulated time will not be accepted. There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in County Commission Chambers, Suite 300 – Courthouse, 750 5th Avenue, Huntington, WV 25701-2072.

The Cabell County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all Bids in whole or in part, as their interest may require; and to waive any informality in bids received. Additionally, the Cabell County Commission reserves the right to accept or reject a Bid not accompanied by the required Documents as set forth in the specifications; to accept or reject any condition of the Bid by a Contractor that is in any way inconsistent with the terms and conditions of the Specification Documents; or to accept or reject a Bid that is in any way incomplete or irregular. All Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) days from the date of opening”.
