We get emails from time to time asking about the tax lookup.

The Tax lookup is usually up unless we switch isp circuits which usually doesn't
last more than a day.

Some companies use various technologies to prevent users from running dangerous
programs on their systems like P2P software sharing programs and the like.

Our web server uses a nonstandard port to send information.  That port is 8003.

If you experience difficulties with the Tax lookup, ask your network admin if access
to that port is blocked.  That might be the cause of your trouble.

* Also, popup blockers can prevent the page from displaying. Make sure your popup
   blocker isn't blocking the page. (Most common problem)

They can answer questions about taxes and you can request copies of receipts.
